- Entry fee is $20.00.
- Multiple entries is encouraged.
- Payout schedule will be posted on December 17, 2011.
- 100% of entry fees applied to prize pool.
- Entries must be received by Saturday, December 17 at 1:00pm.

When filling out your entry form, be sure to:
- pick every game against the spread.
- assign a value between 1 and 35 to the team of your choice.
- use each value only once.
- keep in mind that there is a point spread for each game.
- SAVE THE FORM before emailing it.
- submit your picks by Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 1:00pm.
The points you assign to each game will be added to your score when you pick a game correctly. Most total points at the end will determine the winner(s).
Tie breaker is decided by win percent
